Hi, I'm Katie Ryan.
By day, I'm a high school college and career counselor here in Ohio. I spend my time helping students figure out what's next, and I've watched how quickly technology is changing the way people find jobs and the way customers find businesses.
Today, more and more people ask AI tools like ChatGPT, Google and Siri to recommend a local business. Most small business owners are too busy doing great work to keep up with that, and I don't want the hardworking businesses in our community to fall behind. That's why I started Small Business Visibility Consulting.
I do all of my clients' work myself. I explain everything in plain English, you keep ownership of all your accounts and logins, and I'll always be straight with you about what will and won't help.
My bigger goal is to teach my graduating seniors these same skills, so they can start their own freelance work with their own clients and leave school with a real, in-demand skill for a fast-moving world.

Common questions
Can't I just do this myself?
Yes, and your free report shows you what to fix. Doing it all right usually takes 6 to 8 hours, plus about an hour a month to keep it up. Many owners would rather spend that time on their business. Either way, I'm glad to help.
Do you guarantee I'll show up in ChatGPT?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee that, because AI answers change and differ from person to person. What I can do is fix the things AI looks at, then re-check and show you what changed.
How long does it take?
Most fixes are done within about two weeks. Some changes show up in AI answers in a few weeks, and others take a couple of months.
Do I need a new website?
Usually not. Most of the work happens on your Google profile, reviews, and listings. If your site is missing or very outdated, I can build you a simple one.
Who owns my accounts?
You do. Everything is set up in your name, and you keep every login.
What does it cost?
